Declen has worked in the property Industry since 2007, Initially as a trainee sales negotiator before shifting focus in to lettings. In 2019 Declen started Layco Properties as a letting agency with a laptop and mobile phone and operated out of a converted garage at his house. His friendly and realistic approach has helped grow a solid client base over the years and has contributed to the opening of a sales department in 2022 and the continuous and gradual growth of the business overall. Declen is married and has two daughters; Lacey & Cosette who are the inspiration behind the name Layco. Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones Administrator

Jennie is our administrator and supports the sales and lettings team with admin and compliance support. In her free time, Jennie loves spending time with friends and family. She is Married with a young son, Charlie and pet Cockapoo, Milo. Jennifer has worked with Declen since 2017 and has a wealth of knowledge in lettings and property management. You will find Jennie in the office on a Friday and Saturday morning and is always a welcoming and bubbly character in the office!
