Exterior

Kerb appeal is crucial. The approach to your front door is the first thing a buyer will see and creating the right first impression is very important. Think about any weeds that could be removed, driveway/path swept of any obvious dirt and wipe down your front door of any dirt/dust.

De-clutter

It is important that a buyer can see and fully appreciate the space you have. Keeping rooms de-cluttered, tidy and presentable will go a long way in pleasing a potential buyer.

Clean

We appreciate everyone’s lives are busy but it is important for a buyer to view a clean home. Buying a home is a big investment and buyers will be more interested in a well-loved home.
